The Red house

We watched, in passing from the road below, the reconstruction of this red house, and a great success it has been, and we now give it the thumbs up every time we pass. This photo was taken from the parking area of the church higher up the hill which is a very short distance North of Lucca. At one time there were comune restrictions on the colours allowed for houses, so one wonders about the little green house. Maybe the restrictions have been relaxed?
