Chaos

Yesterday we had 2½ liters of paint mixed at the local home improvement centre.
2½ liters of very lightgrey paint with a touch of pink.
(Mrs. P. normally makes those kind of dicisions because she has the know-how...)
This morning I started with the first beam in the living room and it was very pink!!.
So we ended up at the store again to buy new paint without pink...
Problem with paint that is specially mixed is that one cannot get any refund on bringing it back.
So we have to take our loss.

Later this afternoon we saw that we had to do another layer because it did not cover in one time.
And: just a little bit brighter would be fine so two tins of paint were returned and she brought the right color back to do the finishing tomorrow.
So no hiking tomorrow... just hard labour again.

And on monday a try to get a little rest at the plant because we are supposed to study next week.

On the picture the absolute chaos because we have to cover everything where I'm painting.
Mrs. P is waxing the furniture in the meantime.

In a strange way the colors are a bit too much; the yellow wall isn't that yellow in real, the pink at the end isn't that pink :-)
I have to do something at the settings of the camera; a little less saturation...
