No Alibis

No Alibis is an independent bookshop on Belfast's Botanic Avenue. I've been a customer here for years. They have a great selection of crime fiction and lots of other interesting stuff. Recently, David Torrans, the owner has been holding musical and literary events in the back of the shop.
My wife and I took Sophie up there today from 14:00 to 15:00 to attend a STORYCUBES workshop run by Rory O'Connor.
Rory has designed a puzzle toy based on pictures on each side of a set of nine die. These, when thrown, allow for over ten million story variations. It was lots of fun, and the children who attended certainly enjoyed it.
