Weegie picnic

I snapped this couple at 11.00 this morning in front of the Kelvingrove Museum. We were in a cafe opposite waiting for the Museum to open. My friend who is single never fails to spot women who have men attending to their every need! This chap spread out a carrier bag (my friend "he'll need two") for his companion and they sat happily chatting. My (green) friend "look he's listening to her every word - where do they get them from!"

We had been in Dunoon for the Cowal Gathering which includes the World Highland Dancing Championship, to see one of my friend's pupils (she runs a dance school) dancing in the Scottish National Championship. The weather was glorious and her pupil Morgan (9) got a sixth place in the Reel. We had decided to stay in Glasgow last night and today instead of hitting the shops we took a look at Glasgow's cultural face. All my lovely photos of the West of Scotland in the sunshine were taken on Wednesday/Thursday but I couldn't get them blipped.
