Weekend Birthday Celebration

The Goose had her birthday last week, and 3 other girls in our circle of friends are having or just had birthdays too.

To celebrate, the 8 of us all spent the weekend together surprising the girls with plenty of things to do for the next few days.

Here, before we reveal what us guys have in store for the ladies, Jimmy, with the best Chinese skills, does a great job ordering our food at a Shanghai style restaurant. It always takes a bit to make sure everything is understood, especially since some of us our vegetarian, but we were successful this time.

Our favorite dish tonight was pumpkin and taro in a coconut soup.
