The diet starts tomorrow

Well, who could resist this raspberry & lemon meringue gateau. Our best friends made this dessert for us for a Sunday lunch. They are such great hosts - the food is always fabulous, and we stagger home with tummies aching from wonderful food and tons of laughter. We love them to bits.

But... diets always start on Mondays, don't they?
