Did you know, the fastest way to empty a bottle is to wheech it around in a wee circle to start the water spinning in the bottle creating a mini-whirlpool inside it. The whirlpool lets water out the edge or the bottle neck whilst letting air up the centre.

I learnt that about 20 years ago from a book my mum got me for christmas called "How to hold a crocodile..."
