Damp a Van

I know the title is a bit rubbish, but so was the weather this morning in Manningtree and its been a long but enjoyable, busy weekend. We ambled along to the High School at the request of our birthday girl to look at classic cars, military vehicles and a host of side shows.

In the end, the majority of the side shows were full of people sheltering from the rain and both daughters showed more interest in the enclosed bouncy castle. It was the driest place at the show too.

The best vehicle at the show in my opinion, was an exquisite Volkswagen Camper Van, expertly decorated in pastel shades. It wasn't there as an exhibit, but as a commercial enterprise advertising the Candy Van business of selling sweets and doubling up as a chauffeur-driven hire car.
