Baosbheinn

Today we climbed Beinn an Eoin and this one, Baosbheinn - The Wizard's Hill.

It was a long walk >16miles but the weather stayed fine with only a couple of showers passing through. We saw a newt, some hairy eyebrow caterpillars, red deer, a Golden Eagle and then to finish off, a pair of otters feeding in the loch at sundown.

I can thoroughly recommend the very comfortable 'Tigh an Eilean' hotel in Shieldaig. The prospect of seeing a pair of nesting Sea Eagles from the breakfast table was incredible.
