Grand designs

The beautiful building stands in faded grandure in Shawlands, Glasgow where once it used to be a cinema.
I've only ever known it as a nightclub & when I was at school girls got in free on Thursday night and lads paid a pound!
There are rumours a developer wants to reopen it as an independent cinema. It would be wonderful to have one on my doorstep & would be great for the area.
Anyone know what's happening?
