brick out......
On the final cleaning roundup of the flat for new Tuesday tenants, so I was up in the attic making sure everything was safe, secure and tidy when I heard a scratching sound. Now I'm not too fond of rodents, especially when they are potentially not in a cage, so I spun round as if I could see anything roaming around in the dark.
Nope
So I kept sweeping and relaying the loft insulation
Scratch scratch scratch
I spun with broom in hand
Nowt to see
Sweep, tidy, sweep, tidy
Coo Coo Coo
I spun, broom in hand
A gap in the bricks let a little shaft of light in; along with the little shaft of light was a flippin' pigeon's head!
That flippin' pigeon is now living in the roof!!!
Not for long.
What's the number for the local pest control folk?
Grrrrrrrr
