These are the years 1996  and 1997.  
Emilee Watts was the first principal at Rosa Parks. You can see a picture of her all the way at the bottom of this photo album of people (because she is the last alphabetically).

Here is another site that touches on the gardening project that the students at Rosa Parks started and are continuing to do at the school to this day.

There is just a touch too much glaze on the 1997 tile and most of the shots I took had a reflection of me taking the shot, so this was the best non-inclusive blip I took.
