It really is true: one man's junk is another man's treasure. Over two days, we got rid on this table, a large bar, a couch, a big chair, end tables, and various pieces of wood/scrap metal just by putting them out on the curb and advertising in the free area of craigslist.org. Here we were, wondering how much we'd have to pay to haul this crud away, then next thing you know, two people are arguing over some junky furniture, and a guy is driving away with a 50-lb. bar sitting on his car roof, not strapped down. I really hope that didn't fall off! What a crazy few days.
