Fire Tunics

went to work today and our first call was a medical one.
an 80 year old male had passed away. his wife was there and she was the same age. they were both deaf. the sadness on her face was profound.
she mouthed the word ' nursing home for me and made a cutting motion with her finger across her throat " very sad very sad!!
