I do hope that the people who have to go round attaching jubilee clips to lamp-posts to prevent their innards-access-flaps flapping open are feeding back to the lamp-post manufacturers about the inadequacy of the innards-access-flaps' locks or catches. Even if the innards-access-flaps' locks or catches were perfectly happy until they were improperly opened by miscreants intent on stealing electricity or just destroying for destruction's sake it's still something any sensible manufacturer of lamp-posts and street-furniture should bear in mind when designing the locks and catches for their products' apertures, unless they all live in a magical world where no-one ever attempts to destroy a lamp-post from the inside out (or just fill it with fast food wrappers and empty trampfuel cans).
