Apple blossom

Have been busy working on an important research meeting taking place tomorrow.

Can only offer this picture of blossom from my cooking apple tree. It does produce very good cooking apples in the summer. I wish I was creative enough to make better use of these apples...I only seem to make the odd chutney.

If anyone can point me to some simple recipes, that would be fantastic.
