The tory billboard campaign that just seems to favour Gordon gets even more effect with the makeover one of the local residents has given it.

This is my second uk election blip and I have to say there seems to be nothing like an election to get the artistic juices flowing from the residents of Portsmouth.

I expect to see this picture elsewhere as people were practically queuing up to take photos.
