I want to work for the council...

Loads of noise outside the office today. The 100 metre stretch of road down the side is having the pavements dug up and replaced... the council estimate it will take 3 weeks.

I can see why now.... with two men, huge air power chisels, lots of barriers, three tea breaks, an hour for lunch, and clocking off at 3.30pm this is about the sum of what they managed today.
