The Flat Stress

Went to view a flat with two terraces in Southside today. I just went for the curiousity, looked like a real nice flat. It was, but I won't put in an offer, second viewing and the price offered is already at 135%.
I went through this whole flat viewing stress last year and did not envy the poor souls with their eyes peering like frightened deer. But it would've been nice with a balcony and a roof terrace.
