Trinity Trees

After dinner I was desperate to get the 292 hats that I'm trying to embroider out of my head, so I suggested a walk around the block. I feel so fortunate to have a forest (well, almost) in our backyard (well, almost)!

It was a bit chilly, but the sun was playing with the new and fresh green leaves all around and it looked rather lovely.
So, why did I choose a black & white shot?, you ask.
I have no idea.
Blame it on the hats.
