whales

I have always loved whales.

Today while having lunch, somebody saw a spout. We ran down to the beach and piled into the small boat just in time to see another one. Soon we were right on top of them. Four blue whales speeding along. They were heading north and let us tag along for about a half an hour.

Humbling lunch hour.
