Published Ranter...

Following in the footsteps of Mr David77 I have, today, become a Metro Published Ranter.

I'm not often moved to actually respond to such things but when I read the article about a mother finding a ciggy in a Happy Meal, I couldn't help myself.

I don't mind imbeciles at the best of times, they're generally harmless and usually rather interesting in a 'Ripley's' sort of way. But when they inflict their imbecilics upon innocent persons and in this case a one year old baby, eesh, I just hope that mother reads some of the letters on that page and adjusts her view on motherhood a wee bit or that kid ain't got a hope.

Sometimes I really think the government should introduce a licensing system for parenthood.
