Bootcamp

Today is Tuesday which means early morning bootcamp for the group in West Linton. It was a beautiful morning at 6.30 with the mist rising from the ground. I was hoping to take some photos of the group in action, but to say they were reluctant models was an understatment! what a perfect way to start the day.
