Early view from a hill

Despite the first impression, the trees in our latitudes are nowhere near green with leaves yet. The reality in the last week has been of a bland palette of dirty red, grey and ochre.

So, waiting for the grass and leaves to come out! That would help with the dust that's flying in the streets so much so that you can even taste it.

Somehow this treatment brought out the harsh chill of the morning and the uneven, patched ice on the lake.
