Countryside is surrounding Espoo and Helsinki. We can now see spring calves, lambs and others meeting the open air.
These kidlings live in Kirkkonummi. The farmer used to prepare goat milk cheese, but it's no more possible because of EU directives. Tha's pity.
Cheeses are a product of their environment, in other regions they taste different.
