Good day: Got a new trampoline and it was ten pounds cheaper than advertised when I got to the till.
Bad day: went clothes shopping and checked my receipt when i got home and have been charged for a pair of jeans that I didnt buy. How the hell do I convince them of that tomorrow?!!

ps- Trampoline was only £31 pounds if case Bella is on the look out
