graffiti revisted

I blipped some graffiti from under this same bridge a while back; I revisited the spot today to see what, if anything, might have changed. Surprisingly little had changed, although the scene I blipped last time had been defaced. I had to struggle a bit with this scene, it is a bit disturbing, and I am not sure I can like it, but at the same time, it is very good... so here it is.
