Anti gravity 10 K race in Kinross.

After a long day at work, straight home to make 2 loaves of sandwiches and ice the 2 tray bakes (with a little help from my boys), for the "after the race supper".

After discovering that the First Aiders hadn't turned up and I was "It", I had a cold couple of hours standing around letting me back scream at me, but at least the one minor cramp I had to deal with, survived to run another day.

After the blip award evening last night, I have to say I'm a wee tad tired.
