banana loaf

Today I had a silly day of unproductivity, until about 5pm when I decided to make soup and a banana cake. And then realised, half way through that I was going to have to leave the house for work before the cake was going to be ready. . . and from the looks of it, my flatmate forgot to take it out of the oven, it is slightly charcoally on the outside... but the inside tastes yummy, so I'm just going to eat it all messily tomorrow! :D
