Communicating

Mixed day. English is such a rich language but sometimes the right words are hard to come by. Do you know that feeling, the one you get when you're talking to someone and you can see that they've understood you exactly? I miss that with phones, text, MSN, whatever.

Handed in the final assignment for last term a few days ago. A week off before lectures start again next Wednesday. Most of the university is taught in semsesters, two of them, divided between three terms. The course I'm on is taught in terms. The big problem with this is that the summer term is much shorter, so rather than doing 'Reading for Writing' in 12 weeks as last term's group did, we have to cram it into 9 weeks. Hmm.
