I love Asparagus

I love our locally grown Asparagus at this time of the year. There is something so utterly decadant about gorging on seasonal produce for just a week or two and then it's gone until next year.

I made this for lunch today, and if there is one thing you must try this weekend, it is this recipe:
Roast Asparagus with lemon, feta cheese, mint and capers
