Our Yearly Flower Shopping Day

Each year my sweet sister and I have our yearly flower shopping day. This is so close to Heaven on Earth... We both just go crazy! We hit all of the usual nurseries. We shop till we drop or until we can't get another plant into her car. We laugh and talk and sometimes cry together.
The bitter-sweet part is that our had Mom had been a part of the outing.
Now we see a flower that she loved (petunias was one of her favorites) and say 'This one's for you, Mom'.
We talked the owner of one of the nurseries into taking our pic, to document this perfect day. Notice the empty shelves? That was because we cleared them! Thank you for a wonderful day, Sis... All is good! Love, Sharon
