Parsley recipe-d

Thanks to MarthaMonkey for her parsley recipe suggestions for what to do with yesterday's mammoth parsley delivery (http://www.blipfoto.com/view.php?id=552497&month=4&year=2010 ).

Here is my spaghetti with gremolata, accompanied by sort-of garlic bread (a mini-ciabatta cut in half, rather than a baguette, but it was yum!)
