It's all downhill from here

Mrs AB competed in the 10km Great Edinburgh Run this morning and managed a respectable 50mins.

From all accounts it was a tough course, with a lot of uphill, especially in the first 5km, but the weather conditions helped. It was dry & bright, with a cool noreasterly breathing off the Forth.
