Rain Hope

The morning came and with it the beautiful smell of earthy humidity in the air. It was definitely bringing it from somewhere raining close-by. My mind refused to believe that it was the thick of summer. S & N(cousin) got up early. I prepared quick breakfast for them as they were driving back to Bangalore today. After that I was mostly engrossed in my studies, weekend chores and the tv. Not in that order or proportions of time. Then by mid day, the rain came with its share of cold drops and a stormy breeze. Tried as I may, was not able to capture the real beauty of the rains. It is kind of tricky to take pictures in rain, as humidity is near death for the camera. Luckily this ledge was above my balcony.
