Marrow Bone

We were given 2 Marrow bones today, not only are they full of marrowy goodness but once it is scooped out they roast up to make great stock. On top of that made Vension Carpaccio for tea with some home made crisps and salad. Quite pleased overall but I couldn't believe how much effort went into making what amounted to a starter. Plundered the Pringles later on to compensate.

Bit of a lame aday apart from cooking and cleaning, a walk down Leith Walk netted me 7" singles of Iron Maiden's Sanctuary and Gillan's Mutually Assured Destruction, the latter coming with the original booklet sleeve with a play by Mr. Gillan.
