Good Deed for the Day

The other week we had M's school festival and pledged 20% of the proceeds to UNICEF, so today we took a big fat envelope with ¥150,000 in it and handed it into the Hiroshima Branch office.

Made me feel like all the sweat and tears were worth it.

Hopefully it will plant the thought that life is not all Disney Channel and DS for a lot of people in the world in M's head.
