Spider in the Rose

I found this tiny little spider resting amongst the petals of a rose early this morning.  
I took a photo but it wasn't very good.  In fact I took lots of photos today and they weren't quite right.  
I wandered round the garden, went for a drive and just lacked inspiration.

In the late afternoon I found myself back at this rose bush wondering if the little spider was still there.  Sure enough it was.  It had moved a little further back into the petal, so I tried again to take a shot and this is the result.  

In the end I was quite happy and thought 'this is my blip for today'.
