Soup!

Back blipped

Back to work today though most of the rest of the country has the day off. If only I had enough spare holidays to do so, I would have gladly stayed in my bed too.

Finally got around to making soup for lunches for the first time in a long time; pea and mint (and courgette and spinach). It's the quickest soup ever and pretty tasty; and look at all that spinach!! I do get some funny looks at work eating such a green concoction though.
