Lovely morning walk with Juno, met some old dog pals and they played together. Took a long route back to avoid mad dog and owner.

Work was busy, catching up with all the month end reports.

Managed to get out for a long run at lunchtime, felt good.

Quiet evening helping Eco son with his maths.

This is a collection of wood from beach combing and scavenging it is now a Turner prize entry in our front garden.
