A walk in the woods

Took a walk out my friends back door, into the woods in search of willing subjects...for a photo that is.

I think I finally got the hang of getting my camera to focus up close. It takes some patience and a steady hand. I got several good shots of wildflowers in the woods but this one definitely has the best detail and color.

Another beautiful day in a beautiful city.
