Run plan is back on track.
Been out for the first one tonight.
Felt surprisingly good.
Ten weeks until ten km fun run.
Three runs per week until then.
Plan is to run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Registered for the race tonight to give me motivation to keep going.
Might document my progress on here too so you can all give me a kick up the bum* if I get lazy...
Meant to do some work tonight but got sucked into watching 'PS I Love You' on TV. Oh, how lame...
