Cheeeeese!

Another photo from the workplace today. This is a wall graphic in the store I'm currently working in. As you might expect, this guy is on the wall in the computer/photographic department.
I like the simplicity and clarity of the graphic as well as the graduated colours. I would like some simple software capable of turning some of my photos into graphics like this. I have Photoshop Elements at home on my iMac but I haven't a clue how to work it yet. So while the software is be capable of doing it, I sadly am not.
Yet another item for the never-ending To-Do list.
