Patrick the chippy
Patrick arrived yesterday to fit our bedroom. When the units were delivered last week I was surprised at how much it just looked like a pile of wood, rather than the "flat packs" that I'd thought would have to be assembled and attached to the walls.
Patrick certainly used all his chippy skills in cutting and assembling our three wardrobes, two bedside units and double chest of drawers. Last night he worked till 8pm, but only a short day today, finishing at 5pm. As well as leaving us with a well installed bedroom, he also left his phone number which I'm sure we'll be using in the future.
For anyone interested in the identification of the very long antennaed insects from yesterday, they proved to be Longhorn moths - Adela reaumurella for which many thanks go to British Bugs.
