Fake Crisps
Back on the diet today for being a bridesmaid at the end of the month. Was really craving crisps tonight so went back to a trick I remember from when I did low carb a few years ago. Pop cubes of cheese in the microwave for 1 minute. They melt, then bubble and when you remove, they are solid. They taste excellent with dip!
