Cinco de Mayo

After golf lessons, my buddy and I stopped at El Oasis for a Cinco de Mayo dinner. El Oasis is a street vendor of "Antojitos Mexicanos," or Mexican Snacks (as I understand the translation). Simple, quick, and oh so tasty. I get the bean tostadas, sans cheese and sour cream. Their homemade guacamole, jalapeño hot sauce, and pico de gallo is some of the best I've ever had. Thank God I don't live in Arizona!
