curiosity...

...is what dragged me out to see the 'red shirts' today in bangkok. not sure why i enjoyed this image, but guess it will work for the obligatory 'red shirt' photo. i enjoyed seeing all of the people napping under the bts overpass at siam station, and the vastly different scene here compared to other times in thailand. across the street is siam paragon, the newest (as far as i know) mall along the sukhumvit line, which i think i remember first seeing in 2006. i can't imagine what this is doing for business.

so, i'm admittedly back-blipping from home now, and am so talked-out about the political situation in bangkok, so i'll just leave it at that.
