Our Lake

It's another stunning morning down at the lake. They say there is a lake for every day of the year in Cavan, and I'd believe it!

On our lake there are two Islands, you can normally only see one from the main road (it's just to the right of the picture). There's no wind at all today so the water is totally still but you can see the effect of the wind on the trees over time.

In December this was frozen and I ventured out about 30 feet - amazing !

Hope we have more skies like this to come.
