This horse is one of many in my village.

As you can maybe see, it's kinda skinny at the moment. The result of too many horse on one field over winter with not enough grass or extra supplements.

The RSPCA officers have actually been over to check on the horses', and I think the owners were given a warning. So we'll see what happens.
