Accupuncture or voodoo?

Despite an early morning visit from Reg the heating engineer, the boiler is STILL NOT WORKING!. Apparently the last lot of guys didn't fit the heat exchanger correctly so the contacts aren't lined up. This is another 8 hour job to remedy.

Having felt (reasonably) mellow about this ongoing process, I now want to stick pins in their effigy.

Two and a half weeks without hot water :(
